Q: How long does it take to receive item(s) purchased? 

A: Processing order takes up to 24-48 hours then standard shipping can take up to 7-10 business days 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment which will include tracking number. If you are located in Buffalo NY you will have the option of pick up or drop off.

RETURN POLICY

If you have an order you would like to return you will be given and online store credit. Returned product(s) must not be tampered with or appear to be damaged or used. 

Refunds are only applicable if item is damaged or not received within time frames listed for drop offs.

SHIPPING 

Once order is received your item(s) will begin being prepared for shipment which will take 24-48 hours. After order is prepared it will be sent off to Fedex no longer in our possession which then you will receive within 3-5 business days.

DROP OFFS

Orders that require dropping off will be delivered on weekends SATURDAY & SUNDAY unless discussed otherwise.
